I'd be interested to know what haircutting tools everyone uses? And where they buy them from. As I'm interested to learn how to do different styles for myself.
Also, how do you guys taper? Is it hard to get the back done properly?
lol but that's not a technique that's not needing any technique.....lol there's a difference but I agree, you cannot beat a pro stylist when it comes down to it.
But some users do not live near any good salons and/or just can't afford it....so if you have to do it yourself...better get all the tips and pointers beforehand
Here is what I do.
Send the unit to Debbie for cut in.
Very minor adjustments after I attach.
Flowbee my real hair about every 2-3 attachments.
This way I can do this without ever having to go to a salon.
I think it depends on the style. I wear my hair short and either spikey or combed forward etc. So I really do not feel the need to go to a salon or anything, however if i wanted a longer style that required skill, I would probably need to. But for those who wear just a short haircut , just a buzzer and clip guards, thinning sheers will do the trick.

Absolutely agree. Going to a 'professional hair stylist pro' is soooo overrated, i was over it years ago.
