Im Lorenzo and im new to this forum and i would appreciate some help from you guys.I was about to purchase my first piece but i couldnt figure out how.
I want to order a custom piece so here my question:

1) Do i have to send my printable order form before purchese and pay the piece online(selecting i will send template) or the opposite and wait an answer from toplace before buy it?

Hi Manpino,
You can place your custom order online. From the drop down menus you can select ‘sending template/hair sample.’ When your template and hair sample is received we will match them with your online order specs and process your order. No need to use the Printable Order Form as you’ll enter that info on the online order. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
