So I get a stock unit and there is a bald spot on the side right where the lace meets my side hair. Bad place for a bald spot. I already cut it in, so being on a budget, I got creative and used Toppik everyday to conceal the bald spot.

After that unit was used up, I bought another not thinking there would be a problem. I cut it in and THE SAME EXACT BALD SPOT in the same place.

After the first contact with them about this (and sending a picture), they refused to answer any more of my messages, completely ignoring me. Tried to get the owner involved, completely ignored my requests.

Obviously their factory is producing flawed units, they probably know about it, hence the complete ignoring of my requests for assistance.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy from superhairpiece. The WORST customer service in the industry. I will no longer will buy hair or accessories from them. EVER.
