I ran out of paper towels tonight when I debonded so I decided to use an old cloth towel. I noticed two small tears towards the front now. Anyone have any experience repairing a skin system?

Hold the two edges together using a strong tape (I used SuperTape low profile) and then apply 2 thin coats of clear nail polish, wait a few minutes between each coat,let completely dry, profit.

Basically, I cut out a small piece of tape about the size of the holes. I applied a dab of super glue around the tears and applied the tape. Seems to be working.

You can pretty much do the same thing with Supertape and clear nail polish ....no need for fancy ''repair kits".

If you go to a hardware store or a sports store that sells tents they make a product called "Tear-Aid" They make different kinds. When my poly perimeter on my unit tore I went and bought "Tear-Aid - Type A" It's made especially for poly and other similar materials. It's very strong and waterproof. So google it and you'll find where you can buy it. It worked well and I wore it for about a month before I bought a new unit. It's great for emergency situations.
