urgent help :(
guys i just received and cut in my third piece. i was really excited because the color match was absolutely 100% perfect this time. densitiy is a little too low (i think i forgot to change it in the order form) but nothing too bad.

the problem though is that now after cutting it in shape i realize it doesn't match the shape of my head at all. it's very very off, no amount of stretching or pulling the lace will work. i'm about to attach and i'm not sure how i should handle this there is gonna be alot of wrinkles... or a giant spike rather.

i'm tempted to just cut right into my hairline and cut out a triangular shape. has anyone done that before? what should i do Sad

i'm also gonna send john a new template asap.

ah i think i actually panicked a little too early, it shouldn't be that hard to manage. i'm just gonna have to be smart about where i make the little incision. definitely not at the hairline, i'm thinking two small ones at the temple area. that's probably the best course of action. i will keep you guys updated, maybe someone has this problem in the future and reads this.

still very happy about the color! it's perfect, even in different light.

RE: urgent help :(
Keep any cuts as far back as you can.
Above the ear is a good place.

Search PLEATS and you'll find some recommendations.

RE: urgent help :(
shutting the door after the horse has bolted but,
my advice get a professional cut in at a salon, barber hairdresser.
this is what happens when non professionals try to cut hair.
especially system hair that's not going to forgive you and re grow.
id never do a diy cut in, leave it to the pros

Jaiszy,

That link appears to be broken.

Anty, I think you're slightly confused.
Waldojesus isn't saying he has a problem with his cut-in, its the actual size of the system and it fitting properly thats his issue.
