I understand attracting new customers but the offer is also for current customers who happen to also have a BA piece lying around. Toplace is the best service I've found so far in this business, I must say.

Well not too many have BA's Korean piece as not too many got it.. Others might have BA's old lace and one can clearly distinguish between Korean lace and BA's Chinese lace. I believe the offer is only for BA's Korean piece.

That's right--the exchange offer is only for BA's Korean pieces.

Is anyone having problems emailing BA? I've emailed him requesting a refund and its getting bounced back. He has gotten over $1,000 from me which I may never see again...

Did anyone get a refund? Today was supposed to be the bid R day? There server seems to be down, the new company over there seem as bad as BA. If not the same person?

Yeah I'm a bit uneasy about Fortooh Management. If I'm wrong I'll apologise, but there's nothing about them on the web anywhere. I've a feeling it's the same BA selling the same pieces. Time will tell I guess. But IMO that site will just disintegrate into the web wilderness sometime soon....

I was wondering about the same thing. The last time I got an email response from BA was on 10/11. He said that he is meeting the factory owner in Detroit the next day and that he will get back to me with the status of my 8-month old order. He is not responding to me email. Has anyone got a response from him in last week or two?
Interesting.....there is a new company called Northwest Lace and old forum threads are there. I wonder if BA is associated with this......
