Glue, tape, sweat
So if you do exercise and sweat, your glue bond will likely weaken and you will need to apply some more glue. Is that correct? Is that just something you have to deal with when you sweat.

I had more of an issue with the sweating and loosening when I used glue.
I am going on 3 weeks now with a thin layer of glue and then tape on the piece. No shifting or issues with lifting.
So yes, I had more trouble with glue when it came to excessive sweating. With tape my bonds are on average 2 weeks.

thanks, someone said glue is more natural looking, but maybe like some other poster said, put glue in the very front only
