Sounds like you have/want a ` tricky` type of wave/curl... you`d probably be best to mail John directly to discuss your needs......the shorter you cut the hair, the more you remove whatever wave is in it, and with systems, usually, the shorter you go, the less ` forgiving` it can be, as you are exposing more, so hairline/temples etc., are more visible. I`m sure John will be able to sort you out with a decent system though.
