Adding gray to any unit will lighten the overall color of the unit--the more gray the lighter the look. The front curvature is CC. The factory specs the stock units as 'middle of the road' as possible to appeal to the largest amount of wearers. We have many customers that just order stock units as those specs happen to work fine for them. The stock units don't have poly on the back and sides, however, I can get a stock unit that has poly on the back and sides. It has the normal stock specs (French lace) and the poly is 1 1/2" wide. So even after the base is trimmed down there is still enough poly left on the base for a good attachment. Anyone who wants one please contact me at: [email protected] and I'll order it for them.
