heading a football should be no problem, as long as u use strong glue or tapes.

And theres REALLY no need to remove everynight trust me. It will be a pain in the ass, and it will kill your hair system even faster if you remove that often. Once a week is good mate, but do what works for you best. Some people remove every day, and some remove ever few weeks, like me. Do what feels right for you. I just think after you start wearing, you will most likely feel its a hassle to remove every night.

p.s if your not planning to show any hairline, i'd go with a 64 lace. Dont need sfs if your not showing hairline IMHO. 64 is stronger, quite invisible and as a newbie its not as fragile when handling.
