Toppik to cover baldpatch?

Hi,
Stupid Question probably ...

Can i use Toppik to cover the area where there has been extensive shedding on my HP?

I use a french stock piece and and in the area where i part there has been extensive shedding Sad

and am afraid that lace is clearly visible. As i live in India, it's gonna take me atleast another 10 days to 15 days to get a replacement..till then can toppik (which i can have in a day or two)serve the purpose?
