Thanks for contacting toplace.com. We welcome people from other suppliers. Hope you’ll try us out. However, gotta be honest with you. There are several causes to your problems and they’re all related to your specs---14” hair length, heavy density, dark color hair and curly hair. The combination of those factors makes things difficult. The 14” hair adds a lot of stress. Just combing and shampooing hair that long buts stress on the knots--not to mention sleeping in it. And wet hair has extra weigth causing stress to the hair and knots. The density is heavy. That makes it prone to tangling and again heavy weight causing stress (especially when wet). Dark color hair (#2) means that it requires extra bleaching time to dye the knot and therefore weakens the knot. With your heavy density I would recommend the factory use less bleaching time. It would be less harmful to the knots and the density would cover the knots. And curly hair also adds to the tangled hair. Please make sure that you use a broad tooth comb to reduce stress on the hair. Hope this helps.
