Twisty, have you seen my latest post with the video link? I've been using temple flaps for years and I wouldn't go without them - they are invaluable to me, and they work fantastically.

Without them I would have had serious WFS (wife forehead syndrome) for the past 7 years. My first 3 years of wearing I didn't need them so much.
