Yes. PayPal does our payments processing but you can pay with both a PayPal account OR any credit card. On the invoice when you hit the 'Pay Now' button it brings you to the next page which asks 'Do you have a PayPal account?' or 'Do you NOT have a PayPal account?' If you want to pay by a credit card select 'Do NOT have a PayPal account.' It will then ask you for your credit card info. Same is true for online orders.
