You can use any tape to attache the TL 700. However, be careful. The TL 700 base is very thin and delicate. If you're in a hurry to remove it you could tear it. You must take your time and remove slowly. The 'Got 2 Be Glued' product will give you a stronger hold on the TL 700 than on the lace system due to the fact that there is more surface area on a skin unit than a lace system. And the big plus on using G2BG is that is is water soluble---it cleans up with just plain water.
