Fresh newbie here! I am from OZ and take part in sports such as squash and soccer overall about 4-5 (intense) hours a week worth of sport, anyone here in the same sort of circle? If yes, please advise any sort of preparation you make with glues,tapes etc, frequency of washing??

Anyone prefer the all french, or thinskin??

any other tips?
