lol,you sound young,trust me when those lines start coming in and you still feel like your 20 its hard to accept.aging is not for the weak..i think striving to be and look your best keeps life in check,you have to have discipline and structure to eat right be on top of things and on your toes.you dont just allow lifes crazineess to throw you off track and lose control.i have to have discipline and set goals for evey aspect of life.i know i cant be perfect no one is and i dont relate to people who pretend to be,but the striving to be a better person and look better keeps me from destroying my life.i guess i transferred one addiction to another but this is a healthy good for me addiction.
