I used to live in HK till about 18 months ago. I used Michael T at La Coupe salon in Central. He doesn't do any specialist hairpiece stuff like attaching, but he's a good hair cutter. I did the attachment myself and went in with a beanie on, and he cut the unit in in a quiet corner of the salon. He charged about 700 honkies i think.
