Depends on what way you paid... I only ever sent in my template with my contact details etc. and John just sent me an invoice by e-mail to pay using `Paypal`[that way I know the template has been received there]... if you pay using the Toplace `shop`/on-line payment method, I imagine you`ll get a confirmation /receipt number. If you want to know if your template has arrived to Toplace.... no you won`t normally have that confirmed for you unless you specifically e mail to ask..... they are just too busy there to do so `as standard`.....
