I stand behind anything I write on here.

The facts are:

1. BA sends people low quality pieces.
2. BA sends people pieces that are the wrong color, densities, curl, etc.
3. BA claims the factory loses templates all the time.
4. BA takes months and months to get your order right... if at all!

So... the proof is in the pudding. Tom goes on the message board and says basically some form of those 4 reasons above and he shaved his head because of it.

Therefore, I think that its safe to say that BA's amazing business practices has caused Tom to shave his head.

You can candy coat it and put a cherry on top if you want, but its obvious he screwed up your order so many times and you finally said forget it!
