I would imagine [from the 2nd pic] that he/you are expecting more hair to grow to the left-of-centre ? It`s not too bad to the right.... hold back a while, see what way [if] the hair re-grows there, and then, a system can be made to sit behind that front hair-line [ I assume the transplanted area was the front hairline].....the crown will remain as it is...a nice system will fit in there behind whatever [hopefully ] re -grows at the very front.....
