If this is true, then anyone who doesn't tell all his family, friends and co-workers, didn't accomplish anything, because they know anyhow, and not only that, they also feel bad for him for not having the courage to disclose what is obvious to all.

But I don't understand, if you did everything right, why should people know ? (especially if no one know you went bald in the first place). I understand that the wig might not pass the touch test, but I was under the impression that if done right, it should pass the sight test.
