If he can't afford the time it takes to send it back to get hair added, using concealers is the best situation. I highly recommend sending that pic next time, so they can use quality control to judge if its the right density. I wish things were 100% perfect all the time, but they are not and you have to make the best of the situation. As these things are being made half way around the world, some things get lost in translation but thats the trade off with the low prices.
