I am not a full cap wearer, but I have had similar problems with the sides, which in my case are quite long. Giving careful specs seems to have resolved the problem. You might think it would be obvious, but it does no harm to be specific.

I have but it doesnt seem to help, I order high density to help combat the problem of feeling the lace so maybe that makes it stick out more.
