Looking at your right profile, I would say the temple flaps should only be about half as long as they are on your drawing. Remember, this is only the outline of the base; the hair on them will hang down further. I also think long thin flaps like that would be difficult to glue down undetectably (especially if you plan to slick your hairpiece hair back) and prone to coming loose.
