I just opened up the main forums page --just scroll down to the bottom, and in the search bar on the right, type in `got2bglued`and a lot of older posts on it comes up -- I didn`t go through them all, but if you trawl through them , I reckon you`ll have a better idea of how to use it --I did see someone saying they thought it was great for holding a full cap in place, but maybe not so good at a partial -- have a look through anyway.
