Hi Phillips, I'm in Adelaide and I was facing the same situation in Melbourne at your age but then there were not the options that are avialable now. Stay away from the salons over there. Buy online and have complete control over how your hair looks. Full caps are amazing and quite easy to master though I prefer a longer style so can't comment on short ones.
