Hey Spartan,

The temple points of a full cap aren't an issue when you sweat, it's the nape. If the knots in the back are big and unbleached you will probably see a straight line when the hair gets wet.

I have actually found a trick that solves this problem though. Stay tuned......I am going to post it up in the next few days.
