So im assuming she is a reseller of toplace? I was always curious about her work in the past, but I remember someone posting her prices and they were too high for me. I am glad I have learned to cut in my own systems. I recommend people to learn and/or try it. Its a lot of freedom not having to pay over 100 dollars a cut in, and avoid traveling or feeling awkward. The more independent you become the more free and rewarding.
