Tape vs glue
Hi all

Quick question for you all, I've always used glue for my topper but am told that tape is much easier and even stronger. How much tape do you use on the piece - cover the piece with strips or just around the perimeter.

Do you use glue for the edges to maintain a flush finish?

Thanks

J

RE: Tape vs glue
Hi Twisty,
The tapes are very strong. You only need to place the tape around the perimeter of the unit--no need to use more tape. They give most people a good 3-4 week hold. But we recommend taking the unit off after 1-2 weeks to clean the scalp and do a fresh attachement. Leaving the unit on longer causes the scalp to itch--it needs to be washed. If there are any gaps in the tape you can take a tooth pick and dip it in glue to fill in the spaces.
Regards,
John
