my mom always ask me not to cover the hair on sides by the hair on top(i.e the hair piece), she told it makes you look older and kind a weird not Natural ,,you look more handsome with short hair sides ( ofcourse she doesnt know that i wear ) cuz the she totally agains wearing ,what should i do?

IM not sure if you cut your own hair, but it might look more natural and nicer if you blend the sides shorter, have a look at my pictures.

To be honest, i think the top hair covering the sides for the most part just looks off generally, especially for a hairpiece., it just does. I cant remember what your pics look like, so i dont know how it looks, and also in real life may look different to your pics, but i suspect your mums observations are valid.
