?????
I have been reading some older posts. I don't get on here a lot and I have been wearing and buying from toplace for about 10 years now.
I am amazed how John handles his customer service. Not once has he not gotten back to me about something I am inquiring about. Other larger companies could take lessons from him.

Someone posted a question that I don't understand. He said he received his piece and wanted to know if the silicone spray the factory uses should be washed off and he received a few replies of "yes"

I have never heard of this silicone treatment you are speaking of. Can someone explain it to me?

RE: ?????
The factory sprays silicone on the hair to make it shiny and soft. Sometimes they over-spray and some of the silicone gets on the base material. This causes the tape or glue to not bond well. All you have to do is swab the bottom of the base with rubbing alcohol where the tape or glue goes to clean off the excess silicone. The adhesion will be much better.
