I have two woman I can recommend in the greater Detroit area......I would say it safe to expect to pay anywhere from $65.00 to $80.00 using them, One does templates and they both respect the privacy issue.

They both do great cut-ins and I would suggest you bring a pic of style you want for either of them to follow.

I hope this helps....I wish could offer more but believe it or not they are hard to find in and around the city of Detroit unless you are willing to pay top dollar like anywhere from 150.00 and up and there is no promise they wont screw your cut-in on purpose just so you would be forced to have to purchase a piece from them.......Hey it happens, this business is known for some very shady companies and people.
