I have been wearing a frontal piece for a couple of weeks now. The width is a little too long. I obviously shaved enough on the sides to accomodate but can I cut the lace on both sides to shorten the width? I have enough of my own hair on the upper sides and getting it to blend in on the sides is a challenge.

I just want to make sure that I can cut it without ruining the rest of the lace.
