I'm having a difficulty time finding a stylist for cut-ins. Is there any in Central/Eastern Tennessee? Around Knoxville.

I used to live in Knoxville and you really have only one choice. Call Polly(she's the owner) at Acropolis Hair Studio. She never had a problem with me bringing in Toplace pieces and she does good work. They are located on Sutherland Ave.

I'm glad to see other East Tennesseans on here besides me..LOL If you can't find a place in Knoxville, I go to a place in Athens called Shear Touch. There is a lady named Donna who cuts mine and she has always done mine well and the way I want them. I wear a longer shag style similar to Elvis or David Cassidy and she does great. You could always look the number up and call her.
