System hair is matched as far as possible to the individual`s own hair colour [hence sending in a hair sample with your order] There should really be no need for any colouring of any hair [system or growing] at the start... some colour touch-up will usually be required eventually as hair oxidises from sun-exposure, shampoos etc. Paul.
