I've been using both of these products for the past few months-
John Frieda Frizz - Ease Emergency Treatment Leave in Conditioner Spray and the Hair Serum Original Formula For Dry, Frizz‑Prone Hair

They are excellent products for keeping hair soft,I've found them to be better that the so called specialist conditioners .You can pick up these products in your local pharmacy or supermarket,I get mine at my local Tesco here in Dublin

Hi El Che.... this is one I use too.... I bought it in an ordinary shop too [ a `Centra`store in Cork] ..it`s a similar product ....very good for moisturising the hair... I just Googled it and it`s coming up on an e-bay listing, but you can see what the bottles look like...

Hi Paul,

Its good for wearers to know that there are alternatives to these over hyped and expensive products available locally.I used to buy these "specialist" conditioners at inflated prices and to be honest many were less effective. We spend enough on products such as Glues and tapes which we have little choice but to buy.The leave in conditioner that I mentioned is excellent to use after a work out, it leaves the hair incredibly soft and protects it from breaking.

Yeah mate .... it`s nice to find some products that [a] actually work and [ b] don`t mean taking on a mortgage to pay for !! I`ll keep an eye out for the one you mentioned.. I know the John Freida products are generally very good though.... I`m not a big fan of ``Tesco``, but I might take a wander in shortly ! Cheers, Paul.

Paul, I thought you used the RemySoft 3 step system? Not anymore?

I do use it Biltmore..the serum is great in between washings etc..

Hi Guys

I am in a similar situation. My hair is getting too dry... in the mornings i usually use distilled water or Aussie Miracle Hair Insurance Conditioner, but i find through out the day my hair is getting dry. It almost feels like i have got gel on my hair. (this could be the dryness i am getting and the leave in conditioner not able to combat it.)

When i am styling my hair in the morning i have allot of hair breaking off and i feel this is due to it being dry.

El Che- i see the products you have mentioned above and they are both available at my local tesco (UK) could you run through how i would use them both and if any other you would recommend? i.e could one of them be used daily?

About me- I do workout about 4-5 times a week and i like to style my hair so i have the wet look. I am also using a silk/satin pillow case etc.. I usually wash my hair once a week, shampoo and conditioner using "Nearly Natural" Products.

A run through a nice routine on maintenance will be good if any of you guys could be kind enough :-)
