For the board, Big Dog recommended Cathy Rafanello who used to work out of Manhattan and is now in Baltimore. Cathy at Hair Society was awesome and did a great job on my hair (I'm usually hard to please). She's extremely knowledgable/skilled/experienced and very easy to talk to. She'll pretty much offer whatever you need, for me that's cut in and services.
