I've made my new template with the flaps. The top is going to be 65%. i was just wondering what percentage i should make the flaps. anyone have any imput on this? my side hair isnt super thick.

Great question I've been doing 65 on top and 55 on flaps.
Thinking of going 50 on my next order.

45 will be too thin.

Make sure you mark the flaps with directional arrows for venting.

and do you vent down n back?
