Going on over a month waiting for a reply from John now. John is a great guy, but he badly needs a new system for replying to people. I've been on the forums for 6 months now and the constant complaint is people not getting responses. Its understandable as volume picks up, but still fixable, and until it is fixed it gets very hard for clients to handle
