I am about to order for the 1st time from Toplace. On my current system my hair is about 3 to 3/5 inches long.
So, if I want my hair to be about 3 inches when ordering from Toplace do I order 3", or do I need to order a bit longer, like 4" so that it can be cut in by Debbie?

Yes, order 4" and then Debbie will have some 'room to work with it.'
