We got a lot of feedback from customers that have tried new suppliers and decided to return to Toplace. Bottom line: Saving a few extra bucks isn't worth the loss is quality and service. New suppliers haven't got domestic service. Customer service and communication is poor. Offices aren't open on weekends. Quality is mediocre. It just isn't worth it. So welcome back all!
