I have tried most of them, i.e. acrylic, latex, white glue, etc. Acrylic is not bad, but leaves a stringy mess when applying and Ultra Hold doesn't seem to last long on me. Latex is ok as well but leaves a bigger mess when cleaning. White glue is the easiest to clean up, but doesn't hold as long. Is there a glue out there that I am missing? Thanks

I've had little to no luck with glues as well.

Switch to tape. You will be very pleased!
