So I got my piece in the other day - a fullpiece, my first one. Looks nice. However the knots aren't bleached. My hair is dark brown. Can someone please explain to me the bleaching process? 1. Should I bleach the knots extra bleach blonde/shimmering even though I have dark brown hair, or alternatively a brown lighter than the brown of my piece?
2. How do I bleach the knots? I turn the piece inside out and put it on a mannequin, then liberally apply? How do I keep it from affecting more hair than just the knots?
3. Aftercare: after I finish, I have to wash the piece...use shampoo and conditioner and knot sealer? I've never worn a piece before, so just trying to figure it out.

Any other comments or suggestions I would appreciate as well...
