Hi,
I've been a Hair Direct client for 2 years and considering making a switch to TopLace or Hollywood Lace. After doing some research, I realize there isn't a perfect company, but looking for one with consistency in color and texture, great customer service, and top quality, disposable pieces. I currently use about 10 per year at $210 each. I'm finding Hair Direct's base is essentially junk, not truly invisible knots, and hair starts breaking down (matting) after 2 weeks.
My research on Google hasn't given me good reviews of TopLace, based on what I'm looking for, and I've heard a few negative on Hollywood Lace, but certainly less. I'm considering using Hollywood Lace's new Super Silk system. When inquiring via phone from both companies over the past few days, I was unimpressed with their knowledge and web site content.
Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
