Customers ask if they have to state their specs again when they send in a email order. No. Just say 'say specs as last order' and we'll get an invoice out to you. Specs remain on file unchanged until you change them. And you only need to tell us what spec(s) you want to change and the other specs will remain the same. So if you say 'decrease the density by 10%' we will change only that spec--all other specs will remain the same as the prior order.
