Curious if anyone knows of any stylist who does cut ins in Connecticut (Hartford Area) Many Thanks!

Can`t tell you anything about any of these, but you can make phone calls and hopefully get one to oblige you. Would be interested to hear how it goes.........

Some supply systems and may not be inclined to ` oblige` if you bought yours elsewhere, but make a few calls and you`re bound to get someone to agree.

I'm kind of spoiled by Toplace. My dream person to do my cut ins would be a regular here on Toplace. I want someone who knows what they are doing.I feel it is kind of risky having someone who has never done a cut in 'try it out' on me.
