Does anyone play sport using the french base or exercise lace? How do you find it? Attachment specs?

Looking for some advice, opinions, ideas!

I think you may be a bit confused. there is a base that BA designed as an exercise base. it is not all lace. then there is another base that you can order that is all lace...not specifically designed for exercise but can be worn any time.
