just apply a small amount of colorant to a comb and comb it through the hair, let process the directed amount of time....then rinse. I do recommend doing this when the unit if OFF your head as it can...

there should be no reason to repeatedly bleach knots, once they are bleached, that's it...no more., if you keep putting more on, it will overprocess the hair and it will shed. I've never had trouble...

the knots will come bleached from the factory....however, with real dark hair, some feel it could use more bleaching. bleaching over knots that have already been bleached is somewhat risky as overpro...
