Newbie making an order - PLEASE HELP!!!!! - younglondonguy - 05-03-2009

Hi guys, I’m gonna order my first piece soon. I am looking for something that’s fairly undetectable to sight and touch that I can wear in a short choppy style that exposes the hairline. Is French lace with a SFS front a good place to start?? If so, is it possible to wear a unit like this for extended amounts of time (up to four weeks)? Or will I need something with ‘skin’ edges to get the piece to stick? What would the best glue be to use for extended wear? I am looking for somebody that could attach and detach the piece for me until I get the confidence to do it myself....

Also, what sort of density should I go for (i’m 27)!??

I don't think its possible to get 4 weeks hold with a glue? But ultrahold might be your best bet. I usually order 64 base with 1" SFS for frontal hairline and I find this combo the best. At the age of 27, a 65% density might be your best start for a first piece depending how thick your sides are and then adjust higher or lower density for your second piece. You may also think about getting hilights.
